At Rosie Boutique, we hope you love every purchase!

However, we understand that there may be times when a return is necessary. Please read through our return policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Online Orders

To initiate a return for items purchased online, please visit our Returns Portal.

  • Store Credit Only: Online purchases can be returned for store credit within 14 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed after this period.

  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more or marked as SALE are final sale and cannot be returned. The following items are also considered final sale:
    Accessories
    Bodysuits
    Leggings
    Graphic T-shirts
    Pajamas
    Swimwear
    Makeup
    Sweatshirts
    Athletic wear
    Items marked Final Sale on the packing slip.

  • Restocking Fee: If you return a final sale item, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your store credit.

  • Hygiene Considerations: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, or similar items. Please be sure items are unworn, unwashed, and free of any makeup stains, odors, or pet hair.

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • After 30 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after 30 days from the date of purchase, even with the restocking fee applied. If an item is still returned after the 30 day return window, it will be donated and store credit will not be issued.

Return Instructions for Website Purchases

  • Complete the Return Form in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items.

  • Include the packing slip with your return. This slip contains your order information and ensures a smooth return process.

  • Shoes: As mentioned, shoes should be sent back in their original box and protected for shipping. Returns of shoes with labels on the box or shipped in a bag will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. After processing, your store credit will be issued via email. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to info@shoptherosieboutique.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that color variations due to lighting, monitor settings, and photography are not considered damage.

Re:Do Service for Returns

For a smoother return experience, consider adding Re:Do for just $1.98 at checkout. This allows free returns for store credit on eligible items. Please note this service is only available for purchases made on our website.

If you choose Re:Do at checkout, you cannot be refunded for that amount once purchased.

If you did not select Re:Do, you can still return your items by purchasing a discounted return label through the service.

Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from The Rosie Boutique! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, pjs, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. 

If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted. After 30 days, we cannot accept a return at all, even with the 20% restocking fee. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges. 

About Re:do

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it does not work. 

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

Return Instructions for Website Purchases:

You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items. 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@shoptherosieboutique.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
