- Waist: Locate your natural waistline (typically the narrowest part of your torso), and wrap the tape measure around it, keeping it snug and horizontal.
- Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and booty, ensuring the tape is snug and level.
For the most accurate results, keep the measuring tape snug but not tight, and ensure it's parallel to the floor.
